COACHING FOR
UNDERFULFILLED OVERACHIEVERS
Hey, new friend: I want to send you a (FREE!) 2021 New Year Reflections Guide!
COACHING FOR UNDERFULFILLED OVERACHIEVERS:
FOR WHEN YOU’VE CHECKED ALL THE BOXES
BUT STILL WONDER — IS THIS IT? AM I STUCK? CAN I BE HAPPY?

My work is about creating change in your life. Period. Big changes the whole world can see. Small adjustments that only those closest to you will notice, and subtle inner shifts that only the deepest parts of you will recognize. Immediate, powerful change, and long-term, sustainable life of transformation. My method is equal parts insight and discovery — figuring out what it is that you really want for yourself — and action, accountability, and getting shit done. It isn’t just talking about how to change, and it’s also not just bull in a china shop, brute force getting things done. It’s recovering your self in your life. Your truest, biggest self. It’s not precious, but it is kind of magical.
ABOUT MEGAN
THE PROGRAM

If you feel ‘under-fulfilled’, stuck, lost or just straight up know you can have a more impactful, purposeful and conscious career and life, if you’re ready to thrive, not just survive in your career, but don’t know how, or even where to start, I’m here to help.
I have both a private coaching practice AND in my online career program, WTF Am I Doing With My Life?
However, I’m on sabbatical from my private practice while I write a book, so WTF Am I Doing With My Life? is the way for us to work together.

FROM “MIND OVER MATTER” –> MIND TO MATTER (MTM): A Better and More Effective Way to Create Habit Change that Sticks
If you’re reading this, you probably have some behavior in mind--something you'd either like to stop doing, or start doing, or do differently. (And if not, hint: it's the thing that just popped into your head as you read that sentence.) Maybe you got really honest...
“RESISTANCE RE-ROUTING” and EXTASTROPHIZING: 3 Steps to Overcoming Resistance and Cutting through Fear
There was a week when I didn’t want to write my newsletter. Like, AT ALL. Not even a little bit. Every time I started thinking about what I wanted to write, it felt heavy and gross. Every time I retreated to my big blue velvet writing armchair with my weighted...
